The systems can be made in all sizes, for processing large and small items that require the manual intervention of the operator on mobile or fixed platforms. Should it become necessary due to space requirements or the type of product, CAMIT proposes the installation of a combined plant for double processing as a special solution.
Floor suction takes place through specific floor gratings with prefilters connected to the filtration unit by means of a system of channels.
Wall suction takes place through specific sections with pre-filters on the cabin wall, connected in depression through a system of channels to the filtration unit.
The speed with which the air passes through the filter media fully complies with the regulations.
The suction has an optimal dimensioning calculated for the flow requirements with “wall” or “floor” construction with longitudinal passages and with gratings. The filter unit consists of sections with prefilters and section with activated carbon. All our cabins are designed and built to allow the painting process using various paints without the operator being hit by them.
The filter unit consists of a section that blocks the paint particles present in the air sucked in during the painting phase and a filter section consisting of activated carbon which have the function of retaining the solvents present in the air. In the case of solvent-free painting, Camit develops more compact and efficient filters without activated carbon.
The heating system is managed with ample operational flexibility, through variables in the air flow and controlled temperature system, in order to meet every operational need within the limits of the legislation without too many handling charges and energy consumption.
The heated air is introduced into the oven through a ducting suitably sized and shaped to the vertical wall in correspondence with the heating unit. The ventilation of the oven is ensured by axial fans installed on the cabin roof.
