Complete production lines can include:

- Sandblasting - primer - drying - finishing - air transport drying line
The plants process both items of important dimensions and accessories of lesser dimensional entity. The individual sandblasting, painting and drying systems can be compartmentalized within them, thus allowing optimal product protection, energy savings and simultaneous processing of different pieces.
The application of the CFD principle allows in the sandblasting and painting system an optimal flow of air in and out while the drying cabin allows uniform drying of the metal surfaces.
Each process is monitored and electronically controlled according to the 4.0 standard allowing to maximize performance and energy savings.
